This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Venezia Perfumes (trading under Deluxe Empire Pty Ltd, ABN: 86 690 165 587).


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience delays due to high order volumes or supply issues, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within Australia. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping 3–8 business days
Express Shipping 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping thresholds or promotions will be displayed on the website and at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.


Shipping Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If the wrong address is supplied and the order has already shipped, we are unable to change or redirect it.

If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.


Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices shown at checkout include applicable Australian taxes. If your order is shipped internationally in the future, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order is packed or shipped, it may no longer be changed or cancelled.
