Because perfumes are cosmetic products, we can only accept returns if the item is:

This is required for hygiene and safety reasons.
If the product has been opened or used and there is a genuine issue (faulty, damaged, defective), we will still work with you under our guarantee and Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the nature of fragrances, change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
