1. Are your fragrances really inspired-by designer brands?

Yes. Venezia Perfumes creates high-quality inspired and impression fragrances that capture the same luxury scent profile and longevity, without the luxury price tag. We are not affiliated with the original designer brands in any way.

2. What size are your bottles?

All perfumes come in 50mL Extrait de Parfum, using premium oils and our in-house fixative base.

3. What is the concentration of your perfumes?

Our fragrances are Extrait-strength inspired (high concentration 30% perfume oils), which means stronger projection and longer performance compared to standard eau de parfum.

4. How long do Venezia perfumes last?

 

Most customers report 8–14 hours longevity, depending on the scent and skin type. Our men’s hybrids and darker fragrances often last even longer.

5. Are your products safe for skin?

Yes. We use premium oils and cosmetic-grade materials sourced from professional suppliers. Always test on a small area first if you have sensitive skin. All our oils are IFRA compliant, vegan friendly, cruelty free and paraben free. 

6. What is your return policy?

If you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer a no-questions-asked refund. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of it.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping for Australian orders over $99. Fast shipping options are also available at checkout.

8. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

9. Are these perfumes authentic designer products?

No. They are Venezia Perfumes originals, crafted as inspired-by scents using premium ingredients. They are not copies or counterfeits.
